Collaborative Comprehensive Case Plans

The resources below can further guide lead case planners from behavioral health treatment providers, community supervision agencies, correctional agencies, and specialized housing providers in their case planning processes. These resources address the issues that criminal justice and behavioral health professionals face across the country and offer ways to ensure all participants’ needs are fully met and their reentry or diversion is successful.
